If you’ve been wrestling with an uneven buildplate on your Creality Ender 3 or Ender 3 Pro 3D printer (or any printer with a 235 x 235 mm build area) this is for you!
Why a Glass Buildplate?
This Ender 3 tempered glass buildplate is perfectly flat and will help to ensure you are able to use the full build area of your 3D printer. This printer has two sides, one with a rough pattern on it that can help prints stick better. This buildplate improves print adhesion and makes for easier part removal.
For the best results, we recommend the following heated bed temperatures for these materials:
- PLA: 60-65 C
- ABS: 110 – 125 C
- PC: 100-130 C
- Nylon: 90-110C
- TPU: 50-65C
When printing with ABS or PLA, your first layer should be partially transparent to ensure a solid first layer. If your nozzle is too far away, or if there is an oil or sweat splotch, your part may not stick well.

MAKE SURE TO RELEVEL YOUR BUILDPLATE AFTER INSTALLING. This Ender 3 glass buildplate is 3mm thick – thicker than your original build surface. It may be necessary to adjust the position of your z-axis endstop.
