Adobe filed a 3D printing patent in 2013, but we’re only hearing about it now. Jake and John discuss “stepping” in FDM printing and try to make sense of Adobe’s patent diagrams.

The two man artistic endeavor “Smaller & Upside Down” recently made some funhouse style lenses with 3D printing and CNC routing. “Stepping” on their prints led to 5 hours of sanding and polishing per lens.
